Breathing problems

Hi. Been backward and forwards to Docs with breathlessness over last 3 months. A Chest X-ray was clear. Now awaiting spirometry test to check for Copd, which was a new one on me.This test has been delayed due to chest infection which cleared up after course of antibiotics. Is there any other med to help me with my breathlessness whilst waiting for the test.

If you go on you tube you will see videos that anyone with a lung condition should be doing breathing in through your nose slowly and breathing out through pursed lips slowly hope that helps you some xx
