Just learned that a wonderful new (1915?) medication for copd& emphysema is manufactured in the UK! Stioltorespimat is long acting bronchiolator(2 puffs once a day) WITHOUT steroids! It' s frightfully expensive here in the USA & not covered by Medicare or most insurance plans. It's a mist not a powder thus it's gentle on the throat.
