head colds and auntibiotics

i have just finished a 7 day course of auntbiotics now i have a head cold as i have copd i could only take meltos med but they have taken it off the market so what can i take now can you help

It is such a pain when they take something off that suits us. I have just put Meltos on Ebay and they are coming up with Robitussion and Benylin don't know if they would be any good.

hi jane apart from a stinking cold and cough not to bad yes meltos was a cough med that copd sufferers were able to take it helped with the breathing which for me was good stuff i just dont know now what to take i will try pollyjj robitussion but i cant take benylin as its bad for my breathing enough of that how r u ? i am so glad i came back to this site i have missed every one as its so friendly and we get to speak to lots of lovely people yourself included

I was concerned about you when you left,But really glad your back there are loads of lovely new members here as im sure your noticing.I have a swig of covonia original but wouldnt be recommending it as i dont know enough of the ins and outs about it.It tastes awful but kills my tickle which stops me coughing.Get rid of that cold mollmoomoo eh darn things!
