Anyone brittle asthmatic and take Xolair

Hi I'm a new member I have been asthmatic all my life but since I was 17 everything started to get worse I am now 26 and a classed as brittle asthmatic take inhalers nebulizer singular and have get methoprednisolone steroid in injection fortnightly. I have now been revered to be considered be put on Xoliar I was just wondering g if anyone else is on this and can explain to what it is how it given and works thanks for any advice
