Interstitial Cystitis and recurrent miscarriages

Hi. I am struggling with recurrent miscarriages and I have chronic bladder inflammation caused by IC. I have monthly bladder instillations but still get lots of symptoms and UTIs. All my miscarriage tests are normal apart from immune tests show elevated NK cells. I feel there's a link between my bladder issue and these miscarriages. The last pregnancy was tested and was healthy. My husbands tests are normal. I've got 6 autoimmune diseases and am under a reproductive immunologist who suggests intralipids but refuses to give me steroids. I just wondered if there's any women out there who have IC and are struggling with unexplained miscarriages. I've also put a msg on the fertility network group. Many thanks for reading this.
