Have a chat with a pharmacist.

You could also enter "chia" in the search box at top left and look at previous threads, though there may not be one that relates to your range of medications.

It’s great to hear you're focusing on your health. I’m not on any of the medications you’ve listed, but I do take diltiazem (heart medication for atrial flutter), and I enjoy chia seeds. Before adding them to my breakfast cereals and smoothies, I did some research. Chia seeds contain potassium, and while they can slightly raise potassium levels, this typically only occurs when consumed in large quantities — generally, more than 2 tablespoons per day. I usually have only 1 tablespoon a day and I've been fine. Chia Seed Pudding is a favourite.

If you type "chia seeds and adverse reactions" into your search bar you will find several sites that say they can interact with blood pressure meds, anti-coagulants and decrease the absorption of calcium, iron and zinc. Might be an idea to ask your GP before you start taking them regularly.

Dr Google says they can interact with medication to lower blood sugar and blood pressure if you take high doses.
