Hi Freda110, welcome to this forum, you will find everyone here offering support. I suffer from bad circulation too as I have an EF (ejection fraction) of 25%. My feet, legs, and hands are always very cold, in fact my feet are like blocks of ice all the time, and I have Raynauds in my fingers. I wear thermal leggings which help, and I have an electric blanket which is on the lowest setting all night. Other than that, I don't think much can be done for circulation except to put up with it. Perhaps some other members on here might be able to offer better advice. By joining this forum, you'll never feel alone. Take care.
