Hello I'm using Kardiamobile and pm cardio to monitor my heart conditions. I visited the G.P because of new detection. The G.P told me hes doesn't believe in Kardiamobile and not to worry about what it detected. All ecg findings are across several days. These are also on top of my existing conditions. Does anyone else use Kardiamobile or pm cardio. And what are your thoughts please.

This is a tricky one. My wife's KA6 machine detected AF 18 months ago. Her GP dismissed the graphs as not being indicative of AF. Her opinion, she said, was confirmed by a 12 lead ECG.
Time moved on, and we met with a private cardiologist to discuss another heart-related condition. His advice was to fit a 14 day holter monitor. Inter alia, the results revealed one period of paroxysmal AF. He looked at the traces and said it was not a classic presentation so he was not surprised that a GP had failed to diagnose the condition on the evidence my wife presented.
Knowing what we know now, my advice would be to pay for a private holter monitor. You can arrange this for yourself and the get the AI/cardiologist interpreted results sent to your GP.
Interesting. My cardiologist uses it.
Kardia mobile is an excellent device, and usually accurate. Our local hospital gives them to some patients to use on the cardiology ward when any symptoms appear since a nurse may not be immediately available to use the wards equipment. My cardiologist wanted to see the recordings I had made to supplement their ECG.
I do not know anything about gm.
my GP told me the 6 lead one was used ‘ approved for patient use by local Cardio NHS team
I use a 6 lead Kardia, I've never had a need to ask tje GP to look at new findings, just asked him if I should tell my cardiologist. My cardiologist accepts what the readings show.
Actually ordered one a few minutes ago because my FitBit said I had a period of AFIB in bed last night. Probably stress, which I know can push up my heart-rate to a point where the FitBit thinks I'm exercising.
Bit worrying that some GPs will simply dismiss it
