does anyone have problems with amnio acid Tryptophan. Making them very tired. ? Thank you

I stumbled across your post while looking for info on tryptophan. The reason being I am vegan and rely on tofu for protein. Tofu is packed with tryptophan and since increasing my consumption I am falling asleep all the time. I don’t know why you are taking tryptophan but I would recommend taking it before bed.

hello doubting. I do not take tryptophan . It’s in foods . So I have to be careful what I eat . As makes me feel so tired . Ruins my day porridge
