That Christmas Dinner!

I just read an article that said a large Christmas dinner could contain up to 3,000 calories. During the whole day the total could be 7,000 calories with extra mince pies, chocolates and alcoholic drinks. To walk off 7,000 calories an average person would have to walk 20 miles!

An hour at the gym this morning and a brisk 30 min walk just now. That’s one mince pie then!

Can the 20 miles be split into 20 daily walks? Asking for a friend! 😂
