Good morning to you all 😃 . Although the last year was tough there was one amazing thing that happened. We welcomed our 7th grandchild into the world. Her name is Navy- Gene and she is absolutely adorable. She is 6months old now ..

I took some time out for myself this morning and went for my 30 minute power walk and my goodness it felt so good..

You have so much to be happy about your 7th Grandchild is so beautiful and her name I have never heard that before but is so nice

And you sound in good health which you will need with 7 Grandchildren and so glad you did something you enjoyed your power walk that made you feel so good

Thank you BeKind , I love being able to see my grandchildren grow up. My partner ( Paul) was determined that he was going to be able to hold Navy-Gene when she was born and he did😃

Oh I love my walking, music , fresh air and my own thoughts.

Paul and my brother Brian are doing very well.

High Lynn, nice to hear from you. I can beat you, 5 grandchildren and a two year old great great granddaughter. Only the modern cardiac treatments meant I am still around the see her, so I am very lucky.🥰
