I'm so chuffed with myself, I went for my half hour walk this morning and I managed to do a little jog for 2 minutes. Trust me before I had my HA I couldn't run up the stairs without getting out off breathe.. I also manage two x half hour walks today... only wish I could sleep at night now 😬😬 I hope all you lovely people are doing well xx

Well done girl. I’m managing 2x1 hrs now. I stop in middle for a cuppa lol. Sleeping my thing too. Longest thing I mind of is having a good sleep. My go gave me 7 sleeping tablets a few weeks ago and they didn’t work. I need a hammer I think😂😂

Well done you Shoshov, I’m going to do two half hours from now on.. like you I had sleeping tablets and they just don’t work. I’m going to try and go bed early tonight. I normally go to bed between 10/10.30 but don’t get to sleep until about 3am then I can’t get up till 8.30 . One day I hope we get our sleep pattern back 😬😬xx

I find that worse. If I do doze off I awaken a few hours later and there’s no nodding off again till about 4 am. We’re a pair. Good luck x

Thanks chappychap, sometimes it’s hard and I have to push myself. I find if I sit around a lot I notice more niggles but I don’t feel anything when I’m out walking xx

Great, well done, sometimes I need to make myself get going but I always feel the better for it. More than anything I find it’s just a case of putting one foot in front of the other and just letting my mind empty which is a benefit in itself 🙂 Sleep can be hit and miss I’ve tried to stop fretting over it just when I think it’s improved I’m laid awake for hours. Hope the fresh air (and jog 🏃‍♂️ ) helps

X

Well done.

If I sleep 5 hours I count that as a good nights sleep!

Well done Lynn, it's funny how a couple of weeks can make such a difference and I'm sure that your sleep pattern will return to normal in time .x

Well done Lynn. Are any of you who are experiencing insomnia on highish dose of Bisoprolol by any chance? I had dreadful insomnia that went away when I changed to a different drug, it can be a side effect

Hi Lynn. Really great stuff. Well done.

I think sleep is a problem for most who've been through such a traumatic experience. Hubby sleeps for an hour, wakes up and then sleeps til 3:00am. Can't doze off again. Strange but I'm sure everyone improves gradually. Good luck and keep this lovely forum posted with your news. xxx

Yeh, well done you! I'm rediscovering walking as well. Rather than driving everywhere walking places is becoming my first choice. Hope I may eventually join you in a little jog.

Hello everyone, last night I had a good nights sleep. I woke up and I actually felt alive. Done lots off walking today. I cant believe I actually love walking as much as I do. Blows the cob webs away and clears the mind. Apart from a few niggles earlier I almost forgot I had a HA. Keep walking if you can it's actually feels brilliant xx
