your average is 134/79/83 not to bad pre hypotension

First one is usually unreliable

I suggest you record your reading for a week. Twice am twice pm. Then work out the average max 134/85

Your bpm should be no highter than 220-your age

Your home machine does bpm

If you are really concerned see the doctor. Sounds like you have palpitations due to AFib.

See chart. Some site recommend two readings. If they are a long way apart take it 2-3 times again leaving 1 min between each

When I took readings yesterday I took them in the morning about 2 minutes apart.

2.5 is a low dose of Biso , it’s more likely anxiety that is making you more conscious of your body , try and get stuck into work , If you do not have a job , volunteer , there are numerous charities needing help .

Take your mind off your body and enjoy living.

I don't think it's a low dose at all. I had OHS in October, and I'm on 1.25 mg. Also I doubt you're qualified to tell the poster that it's merely anxiety that's the trouble and to just get on with it. But correct me if I'm wrong.

I do admit, I do notice things more when l,m not working, when I,m at work I do try to concentrate on other things.

I am on 12.5 msg and have been for over 10 years so I do consider it a low dose , and I said Anxiety does not help , many people see the word Bisoprolol and are fearful it is a lifesaver .
