MRI Clear but sometimes still in pain

Hi, today marks my 5-month journey as a myocarditis patient. Back in August 2024, I had my MRI repeated, and everything was clear. I also had an angiogram in May 2024, and there were no blockages.

However, I still feel some upper chest discomfort, but I'm not sure if it's due to my GERD or costochondritis. The discomfort is not inside the sternum; it’s more on the outer part.

I really need some motivation because my specialist told me I can start exercising slowly, but I’m still afraid. I have another full check-up next month, in November, before I stop seeing my cardiologist.

I hope your check up went well and gave you some reassurance

I think quite a few of us can feel afraid to exercise when we have a heart condition why in the UK we have Rehab classes not sure if anything is available to you similar to this or You Tube have lots of gentle exercises for heart patients if you start slowly and move on as you feel comfortable I am sure you will get there
