Anyone had to come off aspirin due to low platelets and red blood cell count? Trying to decide what's best. Swings and roundabouts always with meds!

If you talk to the BHF Heart helpline nurse she might be able to give you a professional view on staying on aspirin vs. coming off it, provided you can expand on your medical history

what does your doctor recommend / advise? That’s key to consult your doctor on such a question assuming the aspirin is prescribed rather than shop bought?
