Hi all respected peopleI request you please read my whole post.
Sir I m about 44 year old Male. I m heart patient from 10 year. In 2014 EPS procedure done for reduce heart beat. After that I hv problem heart sinking. In last 10 year i can challenge that nobody visit as much heart doctors and emergency in hospital as much I visited. 2 times angio graphy done I m diagonosed moderate cardio arteries disease. My Echo is normal. Thalium scan is normal. Ett is positive. Tilt test is positive. I feel pressure on heart often and I run to emergency. Dr took ecg. It often normal they send me home. In last 10 years more than 20 cardiologist diagnosed that I have little heart disease but I have anxiety depression fear panic attacks. So I visited my psychologist also. But story is still there.
Now current condition is so much serious. I feel my heart is so weak. I cannot stand much and if I walk little then do rest, in resting my heart feel very much discomfort and i have weird feelings. My life is ruined. Dr said your EF is 60 percent so your heart is not weak. But I feel its weak like when we are hungry we feel weakness in stomach. Life this I feel weakness in heart. If I take multi vitamin tablet or syrup my heart feel presure and light pain. No hospital admit me. Please give me your honest opinion what I have to do. I feel my heart is going to fail. Today I read on google that your heart can fail with preserved ejection fraction.
I am really thankful to you. Please guide me what I should do.
Thank you very much.

With such severe cardiac anxiety I'm sure your GP will refer you to a licensed mental health professional who will use forms of behavioral therapy to help you stave off and channel off such bothersome thoughts into other directions and your anxiety will be vastly improved. Please seek such help.
Thank you sir. I m from Pakistan. Here cardiologist is satisfied and always said you have psycho problem. Dont move toward other things or treatment. Now if I stand or walk my heart fluttered and feel its cracked. I feel less energy in my heart. One new thing I noted today that noe my heart beat remain low. It's about 60 to 64. Otherwise my heart beat was always high 80 to 100. I dont know why it's happening.
This is an off the wall suggestion but I know you say it's your heart . But could you be referred to a geneticist and have your whole genome genetically tested. As you might have something that doesn't show on electronic tests.
I was born disabled but my parents told because I fell all the time and had pains in my legs all the time . And my limbs got worse especially in 1988 when the limb jerks started and pain worse. Won't bore you with everything that's happend.
But I moved to the north west and my new GP sent me to set my new neurologist he had my whole genome genetically tested and I have a rare hereditary neurological condition. I have a mutant gene in my brain receptors. But getting a tablet that helps me taking since 2020. But didn't get my diagnosis until 2022 when I was 63.
My new GP also sent me to see a cardiologist and he found I was born with a small hole in the side of my heart and have Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation so on Flecainide and Apixaban for that was already on Ramipril. 2020/2021
Have you have a MRI scan on your heart with dye? If not might be an idea to see if you can have one . Mine showed the connections between my chambers of my heart are intact . It's just this small hole better my heart and lungs I get breathless at times. My heart goes crackers and have heart flutters but I just relax and it goes .

I am sorry, QasimRaza, that you are feeling weak and ill.

It does seem, from what you say, that it is your anxiety about your health that is the biggest problem for you, so, as bluemoon572 says, your GP should refer you to a mental health professional for your guidance and help.

During Covid I had a couple of panic attacks, nobody was about to, couldn’t get through to emergency services, thought I had my chips , I managed to calm myself down and did breathing exercises, which helped me . I’ve had a stent fitted 10 months ago, I had a job to get to see a doctor, so I changed my way of thinking, learn to read you body , and the different chest pains, something like a judgement call. I bought myself a Altilia 24/7 blood pressure monitoring system, and is compatible with my Apple Watch and phone , knowing then the readings and the chest pain, I now have piece of mind , They are £190 pounds but it’ll be worth it if it saves my life one day, shows sleep patterns, breathing, etc

i’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been made to feel unheard. I’ve had a similar situation myself understand how upsetting it really is. I have a situation in the sense that I recently had seven hospital visits via ambulance with severe chest pain I previously have a semi and three stents, but I also suffer with chronic angina due to moderate stenosis One thing that has been very weird this time is there jumping effect that my heart feels like it is ping-ponging around the pain is so excruciating and brings on severe angina. I’ve never experienced pain so severe not even when I have my heart attack I have now been diagnosed with costochondritis which is very similar in terms of chest pain but I paid so severe but it was causing me excruciating chest pain to the point where I would nearly pass out. I would get to the hospital and after having morphine chest x-ray ECG full bloods et cetera everything will come back relatively normal, I could not understand how I could be in this level of pain test come back with just angina until finally I was diagnosed with chondritis I have been what it’s called a flareup for the past eight weeks and the only thing that has relieve my pain due to me being highly allergic to a lot of pain medication is morphine it’s not an ideal situation but it does stop the pain in its tracks and prevents the angina from taking hold and making me ill for days has chondritis ever been mentioned to you. I never heard of it myself until my diagnosis just wondering, you could mention this to maybe one of your consultants, Best wishes
