Hi all. Acording to your advise i decided to do some exercise. Just lillte slow walk. Today i walk slowly 10 mint.
Other exercise i cannot do because my heart can not bear it and cannot get enough oxygen. And its become hospital emetgency. In 10 mint in took 850 step. And 0.37 miles cover distance. I m 40 year old.
When i put presure or try to walk fast , its feel my heart moving in my chest and its feel like.....
I m thankful to you that u encourage me to become towards life. Do u think can weak muscles can reverse.
And one thing i want to asked that here on internet i often read that dark chocolate is good for heart. But in my country i read on doctors files thst chocolate, coffee and tea is bad for heart.
Please gives me your advises. I will be thankful to u.

Yea, You are correct that dark plain chocolate is beneficial to the heart along with pure orange juice. I have seen the evidence and use both these in my diet frequently. On the subject of coffee; if you have no real troublesome palpitations its beneficial to drink coffee in moderation. I know many people will say no that's not true and if that is so, I must have a real dodgy heart as I have drank coffee for many years. It settles my heart and honestly I have had no palpitations in a long time. Admittedly, I did not think originally this would work when I first read this article, but it now it all works for me and I have Cardiomyopathy.
I'm sorry to hear about your condition. None of us who post here are medically trained and from your description of what you are able to do, I really do think that you need professional advice. I suggest you ask your doctor first, or your hospital consultant if you have one who might be able to help.
If neither way is available to you, I suggest you phone the BHF helpline to see if they can suggest the way forward for you.
As to the chocolate etc, I'm sorry to say I rarely eat it.

Thanks sir you give me answer in detail. Actually doctors are also disturb and cannot decide what they duggest or advise me. Different times my condition is different. Dont know how much cardiac problem and how much snxiety. The msin problem is this that i cannot do exercise.
Please be guided by your doctors; they are there to help you; they are trained to help you; they want to help you, but you need to let them do their job. Heart disease needs us to be patient in seeing an improvement in our condition.

I just meet one hour ago to psyvhologist. She said u may got heart attack.in one year. You have hypochondriasis. She give me medicine and said dont take cardic medicine. But cardiologist who is in another city told me dont leave cariac medicine. Tell me what i do.
Just listen to the many cardiologists you have seen, believe the tests that tell you your heart is working adequately and think about following this psychologist's advice ( remember it is the same advice you have been given by all the other psychologists you have seen). Look up hypochondriasis. Then as many, many posts from kind people have told you, eat a sensible diet and start with a small amount of daily exercise. All the cardiologists you have seen over the last six years have told you the same thing. Please try to follow their advice. I wish you well.
Thanks for reading my post and advise me. Actually my condition all time is not same. So i become or fall in panic. If u believe me i tell u my current position. Here is night 1. 10 am. At 10 i took diner. At 11 pm i did medicine. Today i took same medicine that i took ecery day. Weather is ok. But my body is sweating.not took much sweat but feeling hot with sweat. Chest is feeling heavy. So when these kind of situstion occurs i afraid and think what going in my body. Why my body sweating. Then i start thinking that doctors cannot diagonosed it.
So these type of episode often occur eith me. Some time i walk my heart stoping taking oxygen.
So when these things happend , i disbelieve from doctors and worry that some thing is bad. So i dont knoe whay i do. I understand doctors but when sgain that hsppened i afraid.
I have read few of your posts.Glad to see you are walking.I was so breathless walking just 5 mins a few years ago.Now I easily do an hour.You have to get on living your best life and trust your doctors.
hanks thank thanks for envouraging me. When u got breath less. What u were feel at that time. Did u geel your heart is not taking proper oxygen. Or heavy heart.
No I never experienced that,just exhausted and I always remember the cardiologist saying to me to keep enough energy for getting back.Always remember when u feel good and keep on walking that you do need to walk all that way back.6 yrs on I still follow that advice.Your heart needs exercising and hopefully like me it will become a habit.I do a power walk just about every day now.I swear this has made such a difference.The more you get worried and anxious the worse you will feel.So happy thoughts and baby steps with your walking.Good luck
Thanks. But today i was happy. Family plan to go for shopping. We rent a car and go in mall. There i just walk 7 mints and my heart feeling bad. Then i call taxi..after 30 mint taxi came and i will in hospital. Thanks ALLAH ecg was normal. I talk to heart doctor..she said act as your drs said. You habe mental problem not much heart. But my life os ruining day by dslay.

Hiya,What i mean is i can feel really good walking and not tired but have to leave enough energy to get back again as much as i feel like walking on.I am 60
That will improve. Keep going as you are. You've taken the first step. NOw overcome that anxiety and do just 5 steps further each day or each week until you get your confidence.
