Hello. I have angio graphy 4 month ago. 30 t0 40 percent blockage. Dr suggest medicine treatment. Before and after angiography my condition is still bad. Feel my heart is heavy. Presure on heart. I cannot walk or bath. Every second day in hospital emergency. I changed my cardiologist, he suggest me treadmill stress test and then nuclear test tomorrow. I m afraid of it. I want to ask if my nuclear scan or treadmill test become possible then what will dr do will me. Cardiologist told me that nuclear test show the small veins of heart. Angiography show the big veins of heart.
One dr said if your small veins are blocked then doctors also suggest u medicine no stent or operation. Please tell me what will next step. I m worry about it. Please give me quick answer sir.

If you have a problem, it will show on the tests. You’re convinced there’s something wrong with your heart, so you need the tests to confirm that one way or the other. If you don’t have the tests, you won’t get any answers, and a doctor is unlikely to be able to help you if you don’t do the tests they require. Nothing will change. You’ve already been told what will happen if they find an issue with the small blood vessels: medication, because stents are only appropriate for majorly blocked, large blood vessels. Thirty to forty percent is not majorly blocked, hence why they’re saying you don’t need stents.
My question to you is what if these tests are negative as well? What are you going to do then? At some point, if these come back negative/normal as well, you will have to accept that the issue you’re experiencing isn’t actually cardiac.
Sir thanks alot for your answer. Sir if my test become normal then dr will suggested me have i psycho problem or my imunity is low.
Before this dr said u have also psycho problem. I took many medicines and show to many psychologist but no effect. Every second day i m in hospital emergency. They took my serial ecg. Some times they give me psycho medicines and some times they give heart medicines. I donot know what i do. I m afraid because i see some posts here that some people got heart attack when they did nuclear scan test. Even now when i m writing answer to u my condition is so bad. So difficult to decide me what i do.
You really need to listen to the doctors and stop thinking you have heart problems. For months you have posted how Unwell you are but no cardio professional agree with you.
How r u. Yes i m writing from months, my condition is going worse and worse. Belive me i can not walk. I cannot take bath. If i walk my heart stop to take oxygen. In emergency they said u have angina attack.
The safest place to induce the chest pain problem you are experiencing is at the hospital under controlled circumstances. Having tests is the only way to get to the cause of the problem and find a resolution. If it rules out a cardiac problem they may refer you to another specialty for further investigation.
Hello my friend! I trust you are going through with the tests I suggested many months ago as it is the only way the doctors will find out what is wrong with you. The percentage blockages you reported are unlikely to cause significant symptoms or need invasive treatment. Let the forum know how you get on.
BTW I cannot walk or take a bath either. This is because they amputated my left leg below the knee at the end of July. But worry not as I get a new one next month. Why because I have listened to my doctors and physios and also pushed that bit harder than most in the gym. You need to start listening to them and work towards getting a life back! You may think I am being harsh but hopefully you will find out I am being honest!
