After bath still down sinking heart

Thanks all of your for your support. I told my my routine today walk with mom 10 mint. Then rest at home for two hour. Then take bath slowly slowly. But after bath my upper chest and shoulder start pains. I m muslim i offered pray with very difficulty. Very difficult to bow my head on earth. So i put pillow before me and then bow. And cannot offer prayer in standing. I offer pray by sitting.

Now after pray i took dinner. Here is 12:01 am night. My heart is feeling light. Very discomfort. I know you are not doctors. But i think or feel my heart is so weak. Now it cannot bear the presure of eating walking and bath. Rest echo is 60%. Do you think i ask doctor for ETT test. I m always afraid of ETT test. Please tell me if any one took this. Is it necessery to complete all speed levels of ETT test.

One an other thing i feeling that some thing in my body that is destroying my energy in my body. Any deficiancy of energy or vitamin. Dr dont took me serious. My life is ruining and ruings. All time weaping man.

It will take some weeks of regular to see some real progress after years of smoking and inactivity. Stay positive. Meanwhile I have selected another track from a group I saw in the seventies:

Micheal I was quite well. In November 2018 i remember i daily walk 5 kilometer more than one hour. But i dont know why my heart is suddenly come down. Now i m laying and feeling uncomfort heart. I was not always like this. I was not lazy all through my life. I dont know why suddenly this happening to me. Why my heart is droping. I want to ask my cardiologist for echo stress test. What do you say.

Firstly try not to get stressed, I am sure an understanding God will accept your prayers what ever position you are in. I appreciate this is hugely important to you but at the moment you cannot fulfil your duties, you cannot punish or upset yourself about this, I am sure things will improve and you will be able to commit more fully. Tomorrow make an appointment with your doctor and explain how you feel, if appropriate take someone into Doctor to support you. Good luck

Thought you might like to see Qasim's medical history to date, He posted this in an anxiety forum yesterday- He is so fortunate to get so many tests done. I have been waiting over a year for a second echo test. Thought I would let him rest rather than type all this again in this forum. So many people have tried to help him on this forum but as no one is a cardiologist frankly he is wasting his time and theirs but people here are so kind they keep on trying.

I m 38 year old male from Pakistan. Five year ago cardiologist did my EPS to reduce my heart beat. Then i became fine. Now it about 4 year i have one problem. My heart is sinking its feels ut is droping and it is going to fail. I feel it is so weak and cannot pump oxygen rich blood. I was smoker now i quit it 3 month ago because now my heart dont tolerate it. Now in these day i m in hospital emergency in after every second day. Here is summer season. But it is not it peak.

Many cardiologist checked me. More than 400 ecg in 5 year. 6 time echo done. 3 time trademill stress test. Blood tests many times. CT angio two times.

Most time i go in hospital emergency due to this hesrt sinking problem. They took ecg and its always almost normal. They said you have anxiety. More thank one cardiologist checked me and said i have anxiety. In 5 years 4 time my ecg became not normal. They admitt me and after some hours they again took my ecg and it became normal.

On trademill or stress test i always unsuccessful because i cannot run. I show it to my cardiologist he said you r fine. I run only 5 mint with 6 mile per hour level. When i walk in park or pick any load or any weight about 3 kg and then do rest. My heart start to sinking. Its like my heart felling difficulty to become its normal place after exercise. I became breathless. I told it many time to doctors but they dont notice it. I spend all my money on doctors tests medicine. I m jobless. No government support i have. Now when i m writting i m on bed.

Heart sinking mean i explain you by an example. If you experienced travelling in aero plane and its start landing from 34000 feel your heart goes down or sinking. My heart start sinking without any reason.

Five year ago cardiologist did my CT Angio and its result was " normal alteries study" but now they did again after five years and its now result is " unobstructive arteries study". I debate about normal and unobstructive, they said it mean same no need to worry. More than one cardiologist said me no need to worry. Normal and unobstructive mean is same. But my mind still dont believe on them. I think my arteries has problem or it has plaque.

Poor guy. Anxiety is crippling from personal experience, perhaps other issues going on like depression or some other disorder. Sometimes things just get out of control. thanks for info

You;re so right. he lives with his mother, has a sister to talk to and an uncle who tries to help. He has been to psychiatrists but refuses to accept their advice or diagnosis. He's on a lot of Anxiety forums and was removed for inappropriate use but returns under a different name.
