Hi how are you all. Last two I m feeling very weak in my heart and surroundings. I hv minor cardio arteries disease. I cannot walk. If I travel on motor cycle its jerks make my heart condition worse. I cannot stand easily. I told cardiologist they said your Echo is normal. So you have no chance of heart failure. Your ejection fraction is 60. So no chance. But I read on google that you could have heart failure even your ejection fraction is 60.

But here cardiologist said you hv psycho problem. But believe me I m not lying. I cannot walk 2 mint. Cannot stand. What I do. Please tell me.

Thanks

I believe various doctors have suggested you should see a psychiatrist. Have you done this yet?

Yes

I can only say that you should look at replies to your posts a few weeks ago. I cannot think of anything further to add.

Looking after your mental health is equally as important as looking after your physical health. (They're not as distinct as many of our cultures suggest.)

I have depression and I have degenerative heart valve disease. I take them both pretty seriously -- I'm on antidepressants for the first, and I had open heart surgery for the later.

This is the point. Drs said you hv heart disease but its minor. But sir I feel it too much. Some times it's difficult for me to speak cause the presure on heart. Some times I cannot walk 2 steps. I dont know what I hv to do. Drs said is depression or anxiety. But I said I hv serious heart issue. I dont say who is right. But I feel it like real and weird.

My heart disease started out minor, only needing monitoring for the first 19 years. If it were me I’d trust my doctors and focus on the mental side of things for now. Anxiety symptoms can absolutely mimic cardiac symptoms.

So you are advising me I have to constrate on my anxiety. My cardiac issue is aggressive due to anxiety and my anxiety make is worse.

I’m not a medical professional so I can’t give advice. But if it were me, I’d concentrate on the anxiety.

Not medical advice, opinions and replies only, I had a mystery condition , a lot of tests, CT, MRI,echo, holter, investigating many parts of the body, various hospitals, many doctors.

In a country where I could have investigations done the same afternoon, and see specialists within 24 hours, eventually through pouring through medical journals, and making excels to correlate my findings I pinpointed the only-ish thing it could be, even though the echo findings did not completely agree, then it took me a while to find a surgeon to agree to the surgery, as the CT and Echo's did not warrant surgery but I had to declare this as an experimental surgery, after the operation, pure relief and my symptoms subsided instantly and I could resume my life.

Whilst you are trying to get to the bottom of your issue , you should be on a strong anti plaquing plan, please research this and decide for yourself what might work.

All the best
