Researchers generally say a study has failed to demonstrate an association if the chances are higher than 5 percent that the association is due to chance, so the paper - in an abundance of caution - characterizes the association as proven for the STEMI group and unproven for the overall group.

Could you explain a little further aardvark68, as I, too, don’t know what it is you’re referring to therefore can’t make a comment other than this one.
I know which post you are referring to and what it is that hasn't been proven. I think it's more than unfortunate this topic is not allowed to be discussed. However more and more information is available for those who, like me, seek it out. None of it is as it was made out, and I'm amazed that like many others I'm still being offered the injections. Never have, never will. Good luck to you!
Please give it a rest. You know exactly what the policy here is. And most informed people know what sort of crazy theories this could encourage. The science is clear and most people know that exceptions tend to prove the rule.
