That is a very high room temperature for an unheated room at any time of the year! Is your room thermometer accurate, and in a suitable place? Some people do run at a low temperature, however, watch technology is not always accurate.
If your hands and feet actually hurt from being cold, I would report this to your GP as this could be due to vascular issues, or, if accompanied by colour changes, Raynaud's.
Lastly, I totally agree with Happyrosie. If you are confident that your oximeter is accurate, you should ring 111 for advice.
Yet another "anxiety watch" example. If your temperature goes below 95 you are entering hypothermia territory, so I think your watch is misreporting, especially if your room is tropical!
Forget the watch and get a good old fashioned thermometer. Beta blockers can cause these problems are you on them?
I was been off them for just over a month as it was causing very low BP and heart rate pulse Oximeter says my blood oxygen is very low too hovering between 91 and 94%
I’m very concerned that you are using technology that isn’t reliable, and this is causing you anxiety. So as Stentsandrun says, use an old fashioned thermometer for your body temp. And the Oximeter - has it been provided by your Health Team? Are you sure it’s accurate?
If you are, then I strongly suggest you phone 111 and discuss with the experts there.
I had AVR nearly 4 years ago, and I do recall that for a few weeks after I got back to my apartment, I had to keep the thermostat set several degrees higher than usual to feel comfortable. I never bothered to measure my body temp, however. I don't recall them saying anything about that while I was still in the hospital either, and they were constantly monitoring me while I was there. I don't remember my hands or feet being so cold that they hurt.
We are all different however since my AVR I feel more sensitive to temperature and certainly feel the cold more than I used to. I was up to a vest, T shirt and two fleeces a couple of nights ago but back to my more normal situation of a T shirt and fleece now.
Don't forget the watch is measuring your wrist temperature which is bound to be lower than core temperature. Use a conventional thermometer to check. My watch only measures my temperature during the night and even that is not 100% accurate depending on whether my arm is in or out of the duvet.
