Cardio rehab
If my cardio rehab as anything to go by you will be assessed for your capability as far as the exercises are concerned, and shouldn't be asked to do something you cant. don’t worry - do what you can - you’ll benefit from this honestly but will only be for the good if you’re comfortable in what you can do - as your knee heals you can increase your activity so don’t worry if you start slowly
BY now you will know that they will take all that into account and only arrange things that you can cope with safely.
