The BHF provided links and videos for cardic rehab at home shortly after the start of the first lockdown. I recommend that people use these rather than the results of a random Bing or Google search. Here's the link:

Your link is for the same rehab video, so why are people making me feel like I put some sort of illegal website
Probably because they didn't check before commenting!
BHF have there own channel on youtube - youtube.com/user/BritishHea...
I know , I use it
I can assure you that I checked
Have to agree with Michael. Rehab is one of the most important parts of recovery. BHF nurses and NHS cardio nurses have years of hands on experience and offer the best methods and advice on rehab. Please ignore online non professional advice
Couldn’t agree more, it’s so important that we do the right things.

Iv done cardio rehab twice (2 HA) , this is the one I did . There is nothing dodgy about the post or the link ... why say you should be wary of my link ? My cardio rehab nurse told me to search for the BHF rehab and this is what I did . Maybe I should stop trying to help people like Iv been helped !!

Think she may have meant this
Think you have missed the point. What suits you doesn’t have to apply to all. The point is that there are a lot of misleading information on google and the point I was making that the rehab offered in this country is applied evenly by BHF and NHS. Would you take medication you found online?
But it is everyone’s choice. Better safe than sorry
Stay safe and keep calm
I think you have not understood my post THIS IS FROM THE BHF , Iv done it twice
Tindy your link has over seventy videos and various different types. Maybe wrong link you sent. We all try to help and do so safely. Your post is fine. But there is more direct links from the BHF
Maybe you’re right , I recognised the video and knew it was the BHF , if you open the one with the lady in red top, the is the BHF one . There are others I agree , but Iv done those too, and they are practically the same as the BHF ONE
Thank you for taking the time to post the useful link to the BHF Cardiac rehab videos.
Many of the presenters are accredited instructors through the British Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation BACPR.
For more information about BACPR and how it works with the BHF and various other professional organisations please visit their website.
Thank you for caring TINDY2 😊
There’s is a warning at the beginning of the videos to only use if you have been given exercise guidance by a cardiac rehab health professional. My rehab was done via phone calls and my rehab nurse emphasised this strongly. He only sent me the videos that were appropriate for my recovery based on conversations which included my age, my fitness levels prior to procedure and the actual procedures I’d undergone. He was adamant that patients shouldn’t use them without guidance as each patient is very different in their exercise needs. I also had to monitor my own heart rate as I wasn’t able to do rehab at the hospital. So whilst I agree they’re excellent videos be aware the BHF do not endorse their random use without guidance.
Just what I needed. Makes up for the programme I have lost.
