i have HF and sometimes when i exert myself my back from my shoulders to my waistits as though someone has poured cold water over me it only last for a few seconds ,has anyone elsehad this happen to them?

I've not had this particular symptom I'm afraid, but I do find there seem to be all sorts of peculiar effects with HF.

'morning scranny-26, I have heart muscle failure with an EF of 25% and although I don't get this feeling in my back, I do get it on my ears. It's like my ears are being dipped in ice, it's horrible. I'll mention this to my cardiac nurse next time I meet with her. Wishing you well, take care.
