Everything has ultimately gone well since my HA in December 2018, however, over the last couple of weeks I have noticed that my hands/fingers and feet/toes have become freezing cold, even when my heating is on and wearing socks etc.
Has anyone else had this happen?

Hi glad things are going well for you. I get the same symptoms ... caused by Beta Blockers in my case I believe.
Me too, but it has got a lot better over the last year. Find it worse when I get over tired though. I think Dovaston is correct - it;s the beta blocker and as the dose went lower I was less and less bothered by cold hands and feet.

Yep, sounds all too familiar. Usually down to beta blockers but some also think blood thinners may play a part. You may also have Reynaud's Syndrome (I'm never sure if the drugs and the syndrome are related or even possibly the same thing). You can find clothing to help on the Reynaud's website site (SRUK.co.uk or reynauds.org)

Its a known side effect of Bisoprolol and strangely for me it got worse when my dose was lowered, after a year post HA. One day I sat in the office wearing gloves, got some strange looks 😁
Ask your GP they may be able to chnage the beta blockers

I have a great pair of chunky ones, knitted by a friend who has similar problems. Gets me to sleep quickly, but tend to kick them off after a bit.
NB ‘sharing’ your cold feet with your wife/partner is not recommended, and can lead to marital disharmony!

That will be the beta blockers. I found that wearing gloves etc didn't really help because you need the heat to be coming from inside, the best remedy is to stay active and your extremities naturally warm to keep you cool.
An electrically heated cushion which can be used for hands or feet works for me when thing are bad in the winter.
Thanks for this, I was out the other night with Gloves on. and my Fingers were still cold in fact pinky on one hand turned blue !! Take both Bisoprolol and Clopidogrel !!

I also recommend chemical hand warmers for when you're out and about. They can be bought in most golf shops, they help to keep me golfing in the winter.
Why suffer side effects? Just try something else
It only just started the last week so I'm asking if anyone has had any similar issues.
I'm having my heart check Friday so will discuss it then.
Totally agree, unfortunately for some of us, there is no alternative that works.
For me, bisoprolol and flecainide together are the only meds which in combination seem to keep my Afib under control..... 
I won't bore you with my long history, suffice it to say I choose sinus rhythm over cold hands every time.
I am the same never in my life have I had cold hands but am on blood thinners and now I have cold hands and feet go to gym 3 day's a week I will be off the thinners in June thank god
Sounds like my problem, this is a well known side effect of Bisoprolol, also leg pain, fatigue and general tiredness. My cardiac doctor is changing me to Nebivolol.
I was on bisoprolol, bad side effects, changed to nebivilol and developed rare pustual psoriasis!! Spoke to cardiologist and asked to change to calcium channel blocker, does same job. 4 weeks on no cold hands and feet, no shortness of breath or sweating or runny nose. Am able to walk up hills again!!!
If your taking beta blockers its side effects. Read leaflet in packs
On these forums, and others too, the usual thing is that you hear from the people with problems and not from those with no problem. That leads people to thinking that all people get the side effects, which they do not.
