Hi everyone,I was wondering if there are any others on this site have had a CRT-P implanted. I've had a pacemaker for over 20 years but have left bundle branch block which has been causing a lot of problems hence the upgrade. Just wanted to find out how people got on with it ?

Hi I have a a CRT-D and have no problems whatsoever with it . In fact to be honest I don’t realise I have it unless I catch a glimpse of it in the mirror when dressing.
I have a CRTP. I also have LBBB, tachy/Brady syndrome, and PAF. Was diagnosed in 2022, this is my first pacemaker. I have not had any problems at all since it was inserted. I am also on a cocktail of medications, and feel very well. My EF has also improved.
That is certainly good news. I've had LBBB since 2012 and tachycardia/Brady. Had 3 pacemakers so far but this is an upgrade due to LBBB QRS of 166 and a reduced ejection fraction. The EF was 59 which was fine until I got COVID then it nosedived.
