Dapagliflozlin Sweat / Armpit Irritation

Hello

Has anyone experienced any irritation around armpits on Dapa ?

I sweat a lot and the smell has changed causing irritation and itchiness.

My skin seems to have become very sensitive .

Also suffer from Thrush since being on Dapa .

hi, I take Dapa for my HF. It was originally developed for the treatment of diabetes and, removes excess sugar from the body. Normally. this comes out in urine. One if the side effects is Thrush. However, it can cause blood sugar to fall really low and this will certainly cause excess sweating.You should soeak to your GP, they may look at your diet.

Hello, My GP is suggesting that I take Dapagliflozin. Has anyone had side effects from it?

Hi I don't take Dapagliflozin but had the same thing happened when described Isosorbide. I could not use any deodorant and my smell changed. I now use Medipure medicated Talc which absorbs sweat and can be used on any parts of your body. I hope this might help. I would talk to your health care provider.

I've been on Dapa for about 2 years. I had thrush initially and cleared it with Canestan. I haven't had any issues with it since.
