Entresto is a drug to lower blood pressure so it is doing what it is supposed to do. You don't say how long you have been taking it but as I understand it these drugs slowly accumulate in the body and it takes time for the body to adapt to the drug. In the early days of taking any of these drugs there can be quite dramatic effects. Have a look at the Pumping Marvellous website where it tells you about all the drugs and what they do. It says of Entresto "they do lower your blood pressure, so you may experience some dizziness."
