Good morning all

Wanted to know if any members have tried Liquid IV hydration drink if so is good for heart patients.

Hi. Sure, it can help with re-hydration after exercise, so can just drinking water! Other than that I would say it has no particular benefit for people with heart problems whatsoever, assuming you are already eating a proper balanced diet - don't waste your money!

I keep a stash of this stuff & have found it very useful for the odd times when I get dehydrated enough that I get a bit of a flutter. I down a liquid IV and a large quantity of water & a ton of water & flutter is gone after a few minutes. I don't like the taste much but that's kind of karma for getting myself in that position. Water on its own also works just fine but it takes much much longer for flutter to stop, at least for me. It's also not the cheapest of its kind around so I've tried a lot of similar potions & powders but nothing has been as successful for me as LIV. Your mileage may vary of course but I would certainly give it a try if your usage circumstances are like mine.
