coughing out blood in heart failure

anyone please help my mother is a heart failure patient on drugs Entresto, dapzin, eplerenone, clopidogrel and Torsemide but now she’s feeling chest pain when coughing and coughing out blood

Is it pink and frothy, or red? She needs to see a doctor!! That COULD be related to the heart failure. If heart failure isn't treated well, it can cause backup in the lungs, causing pink tinged sputum.

Hello, Jaisah. Is your mother prescribed a medicine for reducing stomach acid, such as Lansoprazole and Omeprazole? Some heart and circulation medicines can cause stomach problems, leading to bleeding. Stomach ulcers caused can bleed.

I would suggest a call to your mothers GP. I guess she is elderly.If the blood seems to coming from inside and not eg teeth or nose bleed it needs further investigation.
