Probably due to cost, there are a set of rules that he NHS adhere to, as laid down by NICE for the prescription of Inclisiran as below. If you qualify you are eligible , if you don't you will find it difficult to get on board unless your prescribing health professional is sympathetic.
the NHS guidance is only for people that have had a cardiovascular event. Actually they have only had a later stage trial with those who have had an event. They’ve started a trial with high risk individuals who haven’t had an event but they haven’t concluded yet.
