I would like to ask what’s the longest anyone on this post has been on Entresto. My cardiologist has patients who started on it back when the clinical trials began in 2015 and doing quite well.

I have been on it for about 3 years, on the maximum dose, and seem to be doing OK. It's good to hear of longer term users.
