My husband is experiencing hot flushes later in the day, along with temperature variations, hot one minute, cold the next. Does anyone else suffer anything similar?

ditto.. just had a hot one.. don’t have a clue if it’s connected cardiology wise or to my kidney disease, type 2 diabetes..non alcoholic fatty liver or Hashimoto disease.. definitely well past my menopause period 🤣

Yes always experienced strange flushes and temperature changes since diagnosed with heart failure. Also I think some meds can cause this too. Flushes also for me happen on afternoons for sometimes no apparent reason. Actually It maybe caused by dapagliflozin after I tale that midday. Not sure though.

Hi Leaandlinda, I suffer from extreme cold feeling, it's like a chilled feeling inside. My cardiac nurse said it was due to medication but particularly Carvedilol. I bought an electric throw which helps. Best wishes.

Hi there yes I get this cold one minute hot the next, wake up through the night hot and clammy kick the covers off and 20 minutes later shivering with the cold,

It got so bad that at time I felt quite ill so I have contacted my GP, who has sent me for some blood tests to check a few things out

I have been today so just waiting for the results.

Better safe than sorry I say 😊

If you are worried at all make a call to the GP

Hope you get some answers
