Spain 2019 Update

so just an update. Had HA in Spain August 2019, had one stent the next day.

Here I am still around , last 5 months angina rearing it’s head, can’t wait for cold weather to go. Sometimes have to stop. So any tips would be great.

Thinking of getting another cardiologist as the previous one retired and now on health care once a year appointment.

There are so many with Angina on here I am surprised you have not been given any tips and not suffering with it I do not have any to give you except wrap up warm and lets hope the warm weather comes soon
