Exciting day part 2

Hey Everyone

So if you saw my post this morning you'll know I've had scans, midwife and cardiologist appointments today

First I'm having a girl, I cried with happiness, then laughing and left the appointment thinking I was dreaming

Then to the midwife, everything is okay, BP is still lower than it was. All tests are good. I'm doing well.

Next up was cardiologist, he did a ECG my heart rate is a little high but he isn't worried about that, as I've had a busy day I'll see him in about a month for the next appointment.

You are doing brilliantly, stay focused on your positive pregnancy journey and keep practicing your breathing techniques.

Speaking from personal experience of using hypnobirthing to bring a child into the world, (as you know) it’s just so empowering and I honestly wouldn’t change my son’s birth. It was calm, peaceful and everything that I wanted it to be in those moments to meeting our precious little one 🥰

Huge congratulations to you, Valentina98! It is wonderful news that you are having a baby girl. Everything sounds great 👍!

If you haven’t read this book yet, please check it out: On The Day You Were Born. Last year, I gave a copy of this book to my 16-year-old grandson, and I read it aloud to him. I also cut and pasted photos of him from the day that he was born onto the front cover pages and the back cover pages to personalize it.
