Can anybody recommend a good company for Travel Insurance? I’m taking Clopidogrel and a Statin which puts me at risk of bleeding a lot if I cut myself and want to make sure I am covered if I hurt myself abroad.

I take Edoxaban and a statin, and BP meds, and needed insurance for a river cruise. We went with Avanti, as they were straightforward and cometitive.
