I applied for a PIP when my long term heart condition was making a major impact on my life and restricting my daily activities.
I used this organisation to help me.
I have been given an enhanced award for both sections indefinitely.
Hello
Anyone is entitled to try and claim for Pip and the organization Milkfairy are very good as well as you can go on there and they have a mock test you can do that will tell you what you would score if you put in for Pip giving you an idea what your chances would be of getting it
Also your local CAB are good at helping people sort out their claims
I do know there is a very long wait once you have applied so if you are thinking of doing this I would try and get a claim in as soon as you can
Let us know how you get on x
as per Milkfairy I applied for PIP early on as it was clear I was and am struggling with mobility mainly but I had the advantage of advice I got on here especially from Milkfairy sharing experience and sources of support / advice.
You did mean Personal Independence Payments?
I think the OP is asking about the timing of taking medication for AF, something like Flecanide as a 'Pill in the Pocket'.
I did wonder……..
if you mean as a medication for AFib then the answer is straight away. As soon as you realise you’ve gone into AFib.
Perhaps repost your question saying whether you mean Personal Independence Payment
or Pill in the Pocket ?
Abbreviations can cause so much confusion 😕
this is a good illustration of how confusing acronyms are - acronyms can have different meanings depending on the context - for example SAD can mean Seasonal Affective Disorder, Supply Air Duct, Single Administrative District etc
it takes longer but it saves confusion if you use the full words followed by the acronym in brackets (IIB) the first time you use a a term in any communication - then for repeat uses you can use the acronym without confusion
