My doc never gave me specific instructions so I just take it with all my other pills in the morning after breakfast. But my wife said on her first aid course they were told we take it at night as that’s the time the body would need it more.
Now I don’t recollect my doc saying anything like that, but a quick google suggests some research supports the above. So just curious when everyone takes theirs?

Never go by DR Google. I take one dispersible aspirin after breakfast as prescribed by consultant and GP along with other meds I think this is to prevent your stomach acid over reacting
Hi, I used to take mine before breakfast, not a good idea as I got problems with stomach acid, then had it after breakfast much better. It can be difficult at times knowing when to take medication if you take more then one sort as well.
I take my soluble aspirin and my Prasugrel ( blood thinner ) after lunch. After breakfast I take my bisoprolol and ramipril ( blood pressure tablet). Works for me as when I take tablets before meals it leads to an upset stomach.
