Happy New Year! I trust you had a joyful festive period. I want to express my apologies for not checking in over the past couple of months, and I am committed to improving on this going forward.
Our first Live & Ticking event of 2024 is just around the corner on January 31st. It would be fantastic to have you join the stream, where we'll be discussing 'How does cholesterol affect your heart?' Cholesterol is a crucial component for normal bodily functions, but it can also pose a risk factor for heart disease when present in excessive amounts.
To sign up, please visit bhf.org.uk/liventicking. I am looking forward to the possibility of seeing some familiar faces there, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead, and speak soon! 😊
Warm regards,
Luke from the BHF.

Thanks, I found the orange today, it was going to be yellow and while but I felt like the orange looked better, I might put some white or cream into it next.
