Happy New Year! I trust you had a joyful festive period. I want to express my apologies for not checking in over the past couple of months, and I am committed to improving on this going forward.

Our first Live & Ticking event of 2024 is just around the corner on January 31st. It would be fantastic to have you join the stream, where we'll be discussing 'How does cholesterol affect your heart?' Cholesterol is a crucial component for normal bodily functions, but it can also pose a risk factor for heart disease when present in excessive amounts.

So since I found out I was pregnant I wanted to knit or crochet something for the baby, I used to be able to crochet but it's been a while,

I tried a hat and that drove me crazy so gave up. So I thought I'd try a blanket, I watched a video on YouTube to refresh my memory.

Well I started a couple of days ago and currently it looks like this. I'm quite proud of myself it's not prefect but it's homemade and hopefully Olive will like it when they are born

Thanks, I found the orange today, it was going to be yellow and while but I felt like the orange looked better, I might put some white or cream into it next.
