I had muscle aches, nausea, sleepless nights. I have been discharged thankfully so can stop taking Bisoprolol and being weaned off.

My self help i.e not eating rubbish, giving up alcohol, weight loss etc has played a big part to my being discharged. I always believed that.

They are beta blockers which slow down your heart rate. They don't affect BP. My BP is, and has been normal for a long time now.
