End of life information for heart disease sufferers

I have severe LMS coronary artery disease, cannot have surgery, have had five PCI interventions, am on 18 diffrerent medications and am now probably out of options. No-one is willing to discuss with me what my final time will be like tnor what can be done to ease it, hough one doctor did say that dying from LMS disease would be very unpleasant – effectively a slow strangulation fo the arteries. I have not been able to find anything about palliative care except this - bhf.org.uk/informationsuppo... (The end of life needs of people with heart disease aren’t being met). which is not very comforting. Can anyone point me to any information about this. Thanks.

Hello Jessica 37, I'm moved by your post, I hope you can find some information and someone to help. I also hope that you don't need it for a long time. Maybe you could get some help and information from this charity which is dedicated to end of life and palliative care xncpc.org.uk/#:~:text=The%20....

Hi Jessica. I know from family experience that doctors are often not good at talking about end of life and that makes things so much herder for those of us facing end of life or who have a loved one in that situation. You may find that your local hospice could help you with information. I have great sympathy and respect for you wanting to understand more about what may be ahead. Please let us know if and where you find support.
