Does anyone have thoughts/ similar symptoms as below - am getting brief (split second) but very strong pain right I’m the centre of chest like blood is being squeezed - often when walking but can be when stationary enough to make you almost jump. Goes away straight after but quite scary. Happens sometimes once twice a day. Sometimes it for a week or two Diagnosed with CHD two years ago (mild). No other real issues to date - running regularly BP around 110/70 cholesterol ok but getting checked again. Cheers M/54

Any chest pain however short should never be ignored and especially if it occurs when doing exercise even if slight. Please do get medical advice even if it is sporadic. I have similar pain symptoms and keep a diary of any health event including a log of my Blood Pressures with my machine every other day. I had atrial fibrillation in August 23 and then a stroke on 10th Sept - with sight damage to the left hand side of my pons. I still keep the log as this has helped doctors and consultants review my medication. Am due an angiogram in the Spring to see what is causing my intermittent pain. Like you my cortisol levels are fine and I average around 135/ 83 and HR of 70/75 but I still go back to the doctors or use 111 for advice when the events occur as it could be early signs of a stroke but do remember we are all different so you may be fine. Better to get specialist medical help than leaving it. Good luck with it all.
Happy New Year, I had pains similar to yours and my GP said it was just Arthritis. However several months later it was diagnosed as Stable Angina. Can I suggest a trip to see your GP and have bloods taken on top of a thoughrough examination.
