Hello :-)

I am so sorry for your loss of your Husband this alone must be so hard to come to terms with and adjust to then on top of that been told you have numerous things happening with your heart I am not surprised you feel scared and lonely and I feel for you so much and so glad you have the Community where you can come and talk and hopefully it will help even if in a small way to know someone is here and listening :-)

I am not an expert in what you have wrong with your heart but one thing been a member on this Community I have read many posts and I am amazed at what these wonderful professionals can do and even though it seems a lot going of with your heart try and think there possibly will be even more tests needed and when they have been done it might not be as bad as it sounds at the moment and then the things they can do to help I am sure they will do

Try and take each day at a time and focus on getting through that day which will mean you will be closer to getting some answers as to what they can do

I hope you have some friends and family and if you do let them know how you feel I am sure they would want to support you and there is always the Samaritans which I have used many times they may not have the answers to our problems but hearing that caring voice of another human can really help or so I have found :-)

Also I made a call when I was about 52 to this service I will put the link on for as I am agoraphobic and never get out and see very few people which makes the circle of friends you have very small

I have been getting weekly phone calls of the same lady for about 6 years we have become really good friends and it is something I look forward to every week most areas have this service and something maybe you can look into that might be that little bit of support and wil help when you need it most :-)

I wish you a Happy New Year and come and talk with us whenever you need to you may be scared but you do not have to feel alone been a member of this Community :-) x
