Excessive yawning when walking- a weird one

The past few days I've been struggling with fatigue, heavy legs and chest pain niggles, not feeling up to my usual walks.

Today, I thought sod it & decided to push through & go for a walk. Did my 15 min warm up on the flat & started to walk up a slope - then I started yawning.

For the next 10mins of walking I was yawning every few minutes & getting dizzy, so I turned around & headed home.

Yawning the entire way. The sort of yawn that you can't yawn deeply enough, if you know what I mean?!

Then the left hand side chest pain started - relieved by GTN spray. Now I'm whacked, laid out on the sofa.

I've had the yawning once before, whenever I walked in the first couple of weeks after my HA & stent. It's been 6months now. I've been recently medically diagnosed with MVA & CAS.

What is the yawning all about?!

I get that quite a bit (don't need to be walking) - in my case I did some searching & found it can be a symptom of vitamin b12 deficiency or pernicious anaemia - might be worth researching it...

Yeah I get this alot and I am prone to getting vitamin b12 defincey so have been taking a multi vitamin but still noticing a strange increase of yawing especially when Im trying to sleep which is weird x

It is winter with mostly cloud cover so perhaps some vitamin D supplements would get the oxygen going.
