Dear friends,I've had two recent EKGs, one back in August and one last week.
The most reasoned diagnosis:
septal infarct, age undetermined,”
The one back in August shows
ABNORMAL ECG -
Sinus rhythm
Abnormal R-wave progression, early transition
LVH by voltage
Anterior Q waves, possibly due to LVH
Back in 2021 they did an echocardiogram and ruled out LVH. I'm really confused by this different readings.
My question is should I ask for an echocardiogram to understand the depth of the damage to the interior wall if it is indeed a septal infract? If not how can I know as to which extend is the damaged to the wall . I did some reading up and there are two extremes related to
Septal infarct.
Since 2018 I've had various EKGs and at the first I think they mentioned it was a possible myocyardinal infract This septal infract is the first.
Thanks,
Naka
