After a HA 5 years ago and a slide into Heart Failure last year I have felt much better lately and my ejection factor has improved significantly after my meds have done their stuff.
The problem that is bothering me at the moment is tingling feet. I spoke to an Advanced Nurse who checked I wasn’t diabetic and suggested it was hard skin and I needed to soak them regularly.
I have a suspicion the cause is poor circulation. Anyone else have this problem?
