One of my bucket list is flying to Orlando to Disney land and then a carabean cruise Well I had a cardiac arrest in Feb then a icd fitted in Aug. My daughter has booked this trip for me for my 65th birthday (September) I'm really scared reassurances would be great guys👍

I just come back from Orlando in September it was brilliant you will love it I don’t have a ICD fitted but I do have both heart and lung problems but in the Disney parks they have there own nurses and doctors on Disney and these are on each and every one of there parks, so any problems and you will be well looked after. Get some good health insurance but hopefully you will not need to use it. I just did some research before I went about the hospitals near by and read through my terms and conditions of what I had to do if i became poorly about what I had to do in terms of how to get in touch with the insurance as I know sometimes your told which hospital to use unless otherwise it’s a emergency then you just go to wherever your taken.

But take it easy until then and try and look forward to it, it’s amazing you will not stop smiling once you are there.

Hopefully you stay well and have the best tome ever!!!! X

I've been many times you will love it I'm sure. It's so unrealistic but when tinker belle flies out of the castle after the fireworks, it's fab. In my world anyway. Make sure you have declared all illnesses on your health and travel insurance, should you need to go to hospital, have your credit card in your hand ,lol. Jane
