Basically it is left chest but pretty much nearly under armpit. Top of left shoulder into my back / shoulder blade / left arm
I had this pain at the beginning of all this then had a stent , then pain and 2 more stents, pain went away for a few weeks now is back. Can last anywhere from a couple minutes to hours and no triggers I can notice , ie doesn’t seem to get worse with exercise ( if anything seems to ease)
2 different cardiologists have said they don’t think it’s heart related however I am at my wits end
I am worried about restenosis as the stent I had was the biggest ones possible it that there is another narrowing
I am fed up and thought after 3 stents I could get in with life

It wont be your heart causing the stomach issues, its the other way around its to do with the vagus nerve, ive had the shoulder/back pain if you look at GERD symptoms it can cause pain all around that area.
I'm having this exact pains at the moment started on Friday and I have been told its acid reflux and if it was heart related it would be in the middle of the chest. I'm on omeprozole for this now and it's helping a bit x hope you find out what's causing it.
Like you I've had an angioplasty and I still get pains like that, the specialist I saw earlier this year said it's easy to jump to the conclusion that it's the heart that's causing the symptoms we are having.
He actually thinks it's the stenosis my spine, but not wanting to rule anything out he's had an ultra sound of my liver and "guts" carried out, all ok, a camera down the throat, all ok, I'm seeing a cardiologist on Thursday and I'm still waiting for an appointment for an MRI on my back.
I tend to agree with him that the pain is coming from my stenosis.
