Mild left ventricular systolic disfunction

At a pre opp assessment for a minor opp they identified a Left Bundle Branch Block, which I had never heard of. Eventually got to see a Cardiologist who put me on Ramipiril, Bisoprolol and a Statin, and sent me for an MRI and CT scan. Took some time and the results were just sent to GP, with no further appts with Cardiologist, and GPs a bit reluctant to say much without an opinion from the Cardiologist, which took ages to come.I eventually screwed the above diagnosis from GP who said not to worry and I was on the right medication, and later after results from CT where an artery less than 50% blocked had been diagnosed added aspirin.

I don't have any specific symptoms other than shortness of breath which could also be caused by a unilateral paralysed diaphragm, and a hiatus hernia, but would like some idea as to whether this is likely to stay as mild, what kind of symptoms would indicate it was getting worse. I seem to have been left in the care of GPs, who are good, and would respond to anything concerns I had. Would just like to know if anyone else has anything similar.

I have a complete left branch block so the right hand side of my heart has to send signal across my heart . On a very small dose of candesartan to help my heart pump . EF between 45-50 so borderline . Wants to be careful not to create any further issues . I bought a blood pressure machine and keep records for my GP as my cardiologist will see me in a year . So as you are it’s over to the GP . Seemly my blood pressure needs to be kept above 120 . But I notice when it goes to below 100 I feel awful . Difficult to function it’s all my determination . So will talk to GP about this . Stay positive as I am just getting on with my life

I have an LBBB and left axis deviation. If the doctors find it on an ECG they will do heaps of tests to find out if there is underlying heart disease. You may or may not need treatment. I’m on medication for other heart issues, but that is all the treatment I’m on. Sometimes you need a pacemaker if you are fainting a lot.

I am asssuming that it was the systolic dysfunction that they discovered and I am on medication for that.So far I have never fainted in 77 yrs so if I start fainting, I think I'll know something's wrong.
